This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one Jordan Daniel Snow. He was born in Birmingham,Alabama on August08,1990, and passed away on January 28, 2007 at the age of 16. He was a wonderful young man, a very loving person. The best son, and brother. He has many friends that love him very much and will miss him. Jordan will live in our hearts forever!!
